Director & CEO

Dr. Deepika Singh is a visionary researcher cum entrepreneur. She completed her B.E. & M.Tech (Electronics & Communication) from MNNIT Prayagraj, and earned her Ph.D. in Early Detection and Screening of Breast Cancer through Thermal Image Analysis from IIIT Allahabad.

She has authored high-impact research publications in the reputed IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging (Impact Factor: 11.56) on breast thermography for monitoring chemotherapy response, and in Elsevier's Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine (Impact Factor: 5.45) on image thermography. She actively organizes cancer awareness camps across institutes like KIT Kanpur and Uttaranchal University, coordinating IEEE She-Innovators and career guidance mentorship programs for women nationwide.

Dr. Gaurav Singh is a dynamic, resourceful entrepreneur with sharp acumen in financial, operational, and institutional management. He holds a B.Com from Allahabad University, M.Com from Kanpur University, PGDM from Amity Business School, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management in Hospitals from UPRTOU Prayagraj.

With 7 published research papers and over 20 years of experience in World Bank-supported socio-economic projects, he focuses on scaling outreach infrastructure and empowering women with access to technological, marketing, and credit support at the grassroots level.
